THE PIONEER
THE BRIGIDINO IS A HISTORIC SWEET OF THE PISTOIA TRADITION
Ippolito Nannini and Maria Leporatti, in-laws of Fortunato Rinati, were among the first to introduce it outside home kitchens. With a couple of rudimentary plates and the legendary recipe of Saint Brigid, they began distributing the authentic Brigidino in the town square of Lamporecchio.

TODAY & TOMORROW
TODAY, RINATI SWEETS ARE THE STARS OF VILLAGE FESTIVALS
The scent of Brigidini has become the aroma of fairs and community. But for a community to thrive, it must include all its people, and that is Rinati’s mission: to develop new recipes and versions that cater to everyone’s tastes and needs, including the environment.
