Rinati returns to TuttoFood Milano: between timeless classics and Gluten-free

From May 5th to 8th our company participated in TuttoFood Milano 2026, the international B2B trade show that serves as a benchmark for the agri-food sector.

The event, held at Rho Fiera Milano exhibition center, represents for us a key showcase to meet buyers and industry professionals, and to share our passion for confectionery tradition.

 

A journey through taste: our iconic products

At our stand, we brought the heart and history of Rinati, showcasing our most beloved products. First of all our iconic Brigidini di Lamporecchio, presented in all their varieties: from the traditional anise flavor to chocolate ones, chocolate-covered, Rustici (whole wheat flour, brown sugar and anise seeds), and fresh Agrumi version.  A wide space was also dedicated to our Torrone (nougat), offered in all sizes and flavors, as well as our fragrant Cenci di Carnevale, the refined Cialde di Montecatini and our crunchy Caramellate, sugar-coated almonds and peanuts.

 

 

An eye to the future: introducing the “Zero” Gluten-free line

TuttoFood 2026 was also the perfect opportunity to offer a preview of Rinati’s future and its commitment to meet the needs of all consumers. We presented, infact, our new “Zero” line entirely dedicated to gluten-free products.

First characters of this new launch were our gluten-free Cantuccini, available in two sizes (150g and 250g). This product represents a meeting point between artisanal quality and new consumers’ needs.
